FRANKLIN JThe truck bed was clean but the cab could use some work.
JANET PThe location told me they’d send me the final receipt via email when I returned the truck. I did not receive the receipt that day. The charge was more than expected so I called the next day. They couldn’t find me in the system when I gave my name and refused to take my order number to locate my order. They were rude on the phone and told me they were too busy to locate the receipt and they’d do it the next business day. The next business day I didn’t receive the receipt so I called again. They sent me the receipt this time. They charged me for gas even though I had refilled the gas take past the required point. I will never rent a U-Haul from this location ever again.
