My rental was a day after the blizzard and I had to clean the snow off the truck myself. That's not what I expected but I had to get on the road so I cleaned off the snow from the windows for safety reasons.

Inform them of lights and check straps for tie down and actually tell the customer the exact amount not low ball it and then it be more. Have hitch pins and receivers on hand for customers. They guy let me drive away with it hooked up to 1/7/8 ball when I clearly asked if it takes a 2/15/16 he said 2. Didn't even check
