don rI booked this truck several weeks in advance at a location close to my residence. I was called the day before pickup by Uhaul to tell me that the vehicle was no longer available. They were able to find one some distance away in another town. I had to drive over 80km to pick it up at $1.19 per km. I was credited $50 dollars (yet to be received) after complaining which doesn't even cover the extra mileage. The truck was almost empty and had a serious road vibration that had me questioning its overall road worthiness. I am very disappointed in the overall experience and will not be using this company again.
