How U-Haul Reviews WorkNo assistance was available and your Truck Share Appt is terrible. I have rented several times in the past, all of my information is my account and I still had to resubmit information. In addition it took for too long. I arrived at the location at 8:55 and did not leave with van until 9:20. Not acceptable.
TIM MThe location is convenient as it’s where I needed to be. Not all the staff are fully knowledgeable on processes and I had to return third time after dropping the truck off to get my deposit refunded. The staff were however very kind.
