The guy's running the show really have no business doing so....
Jeff PTrailer itself had physical damage on pick up. The U-Haul rep did not check that the correct trailer ball was installed (I should have checked too), very fortunate that there was not a catastrophic failure on the tow to pick up the Jeep. Loading made it clear there was an issue at least.
Kevin KTruck had a very loud exhaust. Must be leaking somewhere. Trucks shouldn’t be rented to customers that have problems.
