Overall interaction with the pick up location was good. Dealing with u haul itself and all the awful on line requirements was awful. App did not work, check in process did not work, agent who called me was very rude. Seems to be the norm with u haul from what ive heard.

when I click on the text message informing me of my reservation, I shouldn’t have to add my reservation number when I get to the landing page that’s pretty old-fashioned technologically speaking!?!
JOHN SKevin was one of the best people I have ever worked with. He was kind and friendly and very helpful. He takes real pride in his work. I questioned if I would ever do business with u haul again but Kevin changed my mind and took care of refunding the dolly and made me feel good about using u haul again.
