The trailer rental was fine and in good condition, the employee knew nothing about the trailer, did not come out and inspect to make sure I hooked it up correctly or make sure the lights worked or that my hitch was sufficient, he also did not inspect it upon my return of the trailer at all. He seemed very unfamiliar with the trailer itself or the rental process, fortunately I have rented trailers before so I knew what to do. Had I been a new customer this would not have been a good experience!

The only thing the mileage in the gas was incorrect and it took a while to get it corrected in the app. The gentleman was very nice though.
YVONNE BInitial trailer had a bald tire with cords showing through, and was told that if i didn't want to rent it, I could go to another location. Eventually they rented me the other trailer on the lot which there was no issue with. Just not a good first impression.
SCOTT KI rented a trailer to move things to a storage unit. I used the trailer for 5 hours and returned it exactly where I was instructed to leave it on the property. 4 days later, I got a notification that I hadn’t returned the trailer. After calling the location with no response, I contacted customer uhaul service who was able to get in touch with the location. They processed my return (since the trailer had been there for days) and then I received a charge for 4 days of rental. I had to follow up with uhaul to get a refund which was prompt from corporate but the whole thing was a hassle. I’d never rent from this uhaul distributor again.BEWARE.
