The trailer wiring harness had a broken wire and the left turn signal did not function. This was the only car hauling trailer that the location had so I used the trailer without the left turn signal. Having a person at the location that was knowledgeable about the wiring would be helpful.

They overcharged me by $200 and blamed uhaul for messing with the miles when it was clearly them. Ralston Food & Gas are crooks. Please refund my money immediately
Conor FExcellent service! I didn’t catch the name of the gentleman working, but he was a one man show and it was busy with customers coming and going, yet he was friendly and courteous to everyone. He was Very helpful and efficient.
Susanne WThe gas station employee gave me the wrong key. He also could not help another UHaul customer who was having trouble checking-in. I had to help the other customer. There was also a language barrier. The gas station employee also pinned my truck and trailer in place by parking a large truck across the exit, forcing me to drive my truck and trailer over a curb and through vegetation onto the neighboring property to then exit onto the road.
