They overcharged me by $200 and blamed uhaul for messing with the miles when it was clearly them. Ralston Food & Gas are crooks. Please refund my money immediately

Excellent service! I didn’t catch the name of the gentleman working, but he was a one man show and it was busy with customers coming and going, yet he was friendly and courteous to everyone. He was Very helpful and efficient.
Susanne WThe gas station employee gave me the wrong key. He also could not help another UHaul customer who was having trouble checking-in. I had to help the other customer. There was also a language barrier. The gas station employee also pinned my truck and trailer in place by parking a large truck across the exit, forcing me to drive my truck and trailer over a curb and through vegetation onto the neighboring property to then exit onto the road.

Jennifer KStaff didn't seem to know what was going on and wasn't very clear with their directions. Ordered a utility dolly when I booked it and they didn't have any when I arrived. Asked for moving blankets and then had to go back inside to actually retrieve them
