ADAM LThis was not location I had reserved with. When I went there for my triailer in Springfield, VT the UHaul outlet they would not give me my trailer. No one at facility was trained to do the transaction. UHaul personnel was snowmobiling. I had to drive an additional 20 miles to find another trailer.
