Very easy. Two individuals were there to help me. They showed me where to place the trailer, and helped me to unhitch it. I was in and out in a few minutes.

Donald B.The truck has a defective rearview mirror causing major safety issues and challenges. It also has an extremely alarming screeching noise that I'd guess is related to vent/ac system. It was an unpleasant and less than safe trip.
Crystal M.I was displeased that I made my reservation at Strobels but was then told I would have to pick up my truck at a different location approximately 20 miles further away. At a Rate of $1.09 a mile I feel that Uhaul was trying to clip me for an additional $40+ plus the additional gas cost. When going to pick up my truck at the new location I drive right by Strobbels and see that they have 2 10 foot box trucks on the lot! I canceled my reservation and rerented a truck from Strobels right then where I made the original reservation. I do not know if this was intentional but it certainly feels like UHaul was trying to pull a fast one on me and Strobels.
