During my rental, I experienced poor customer service and was charged more than the originally quoted amount. I attempted to resolve the matter at the location, but the staff was unhelpful and dismissive, which added to my frustration. I expect transparent pricing and respectful service as a customer, and this experience did not meet those standards. I kindly request that you review my charges and correct any overbilling.
