When dropping off, the app did not accept the picture of the odometers reading thus I could not complete my mobile drop off. I told this to both U-Haul customer service and the location I picked up and dropped off at. They still charged me extra for a mistake that I had no way to control. I also repeatedly asked for the reservation to be taken care of considering I had not “dropped off” yet it took until the weekend which I assume gave them the idea to charge me more fore something I had no power over. Sure it was just a 20 dollar upcharge but it all adds up and it is very disingenuous.

I went during opening hours, but no one was there to assist me, which is why I went there to avoid using the app in case I had any questions

FABRICIO Gthe remote pickup was glitchy and there was no way to correct an issue once begun. I was charged for a dolly and it was not in the truck which was never adjusted on my bill, I was kicked out of the program several times. Just difficult to do with just AI, since AI is not all that smart.
anna aThis feedback is more for u-Haul than the location. The code for the lock never came, I had to call u-haul for help. Maybe make the code accessible in the app after you submit everything in it?
