Pickup was fine. They just weren’t open when they said they would be, so I had to stand outside and do the mobile pickup which took quite a bit longer than I thought it would

How U-Haul Reviews WorkIt was jammed into a parking space, leaving no room for photos of the vehicle
Henry FWhen dropping off, the app did not accept the picture of the odometers reading thus I could not complete my mobile drop off. I told this to both U-Haul customer service and the location I picked up and dropped off at. They still charged me extra for a mistake that I had no way to control. I also repeatedly asked for the reservation to be taken care of considering I had not “dropped off” yet it took until the weekend which I assume gave them the idea to charge me more fore something I had no power over. Sure it was just a 20 dollar upcharge but it all adds up and it is very disingenuous.
