Elaine REquipment was not at location reserved. Waited 2 hours at next location for an agent to show up. Promised discounts to cover troubles and $200 paid to reserved movers and got none of it.
CHAD CIt would be better to find my drop off location at the time of pick up. I had to try 3 different uhaul places to find one that would take a trailer.
