The Martinez location was amazing. The geo location was rude and closed despite the app and everything saying they were open. Then when they answered he was rude about it and told me to go somewhere else.

Matthew CThis location was fine. Parking was a bit tight in the U-Haul lineup of trucks, but we managed just fine. The businesses nearby had items in the windows and were playing music that was not family-friendly, but the U-Haul portion of the location was fine. I did not interact with any personnel here because it was a self-drop-off.
Jacob MThe employee was very kind and considerate given the circumstances. Only some of the equipment (utility dolly)I requested was located on premises when I arrived. I had to go to another u-Haul location to pick up the additional equipment (furniture dolly) I requested. The other facility was not notified to expect my arrival for the equipment. I was told the 20 ft truck had a half tank of gas which was actually 1/8 tank. I was compensated for the gas.
