Nothing everything went well I did have a flat tire and U-Haul fixed it within one hour and the place I rented it from. They were awesome as well. This is the second place. I’ve written it from the same location. I totally recommend them.

Jose HMy reservation was cancelled without notice. When I went to pick up the truck I discovered the cancellation. U-Haul did provide me with a "replacement" truck, but it was about 15 miles out of the way. Since you charge based upon miles used and require that I replace the gas, you increased the cost of my move by about $50.00. I will not be using U-Haul again.
NATHAN KHave no complaints or recommendations. Dealt with Andy (if I remember his name correctly) and he was wonderful. Followed up and accommodated my time change request. He was wonderful.
