Very polite and willing to ensure my questions were answered and even tried to help fix what has definitely turned me away from ever using U-Haul again, mandatory 2 day rental charges on a one way rental when I only needed the truck to move one trip of 100 miles that can easily be done in a one day span. They were told this requirement come from corporate office and can not be changed. How can you charge someone a mandatory 2 days when they only need something for 1 day. Never again will this happen to me because I will never use or recommend U-Haul to anyone!
