The trailer tire had a nail in it that wasn't noticed until after we loaded our Jeep. We had to carry an air compressor on our 7 hr drive home, but it made it after we refilled the tire several times. The biggest issue is with your auto loader. The straps that are to go over the front tire are WAY to short. We towed a Jeep, with tires that are normal sized, not large mud tires. The straps wouldn't fit over the tire to connect to the pulley. We ended up having to flatten both front tires and ride with them sitting on the rim. I hope they aren't damaged from this time being flat. Poor design.

I dropped of the truck the store was closed so I cannot rate the employee
