Got a call the day leaving Florida told the drop off location was full and to drop it off at All American Storage. When I called the original drop off locate which was down the road from my new home explained the app wasn’t working and was uncomfortable leaving the truck with a dolly in a parking lot. I was then told to bring it to the original location which had spots to park the truck by the way. The lady came out refused to assist saying everything is on the app. I finally got the app to work after 1/2 hour…unfortunately had to drive across town then be told I could bring it to my original drop off location. I would not recommend anyone use this location and the lady was rude that my grown children were upset too. After a 19 hour trip this was not the way I wanted things to go returning the UhAul!!!!!!!!!!!

Location was fine. Uhaul needs to do a better job with check in and return. It was a painful process.
Josef WI would rate the overall experience with UHaul 2 stars...but the staff at the location was VERY helpful. The app/electronic pickup was worthless. Needed to scan barcode to verify location. There is no barcode. Did not process secondary payment that we had entered into the app. Thankfully the location office was open and somebody there was friendly and helpful making the process work.

Justin GMake sure the phone check in is sent. Showed up and the lady looked like she saw a ghost. Had only a link to my reservation confirmation. Quick and easy after that, she was very nice.
