Raena FThe vehicle I had contracted for had not been returned by the previous user. So, I had to take a vehicle that had far worse gas mileage, which cost more than I had anticipated. Unfortunately, I had a contract to be performed at a specific time that did not allow me the opportunity to shop elsewhere. The folks at Ace were apologetic and it clearly was not their fault but, I was stuck between a rock and a hard place. I am not happy about the situation that cost me more than I would have otherwise paid. The vehicle was clean but visible damage on the outside. I would recommend this location if it had had a backup vehicle the same as the one I originally had ordered.
Debora HAc was wacky it would switch settings every bump we hit. And exhaust part was glowing might need to be replaced soon and I didnt like that I had no clue of refund for miles and since my bank is not local it will take 7 to 10 days which my bank is in ohio and a known bank.
