Agent was great and helped a lot.
Steven TApparently things were switched the evening prior to my reservation time. When I arrived, the app wasn’t allowing me to pickup. By chance, a worker was there for other reasons than me and helped me out. I worry that had she not been there, I’d have had no way of getting it sorted out as I was picking up before opening hours. As it was, with her help it took over 1/2 hour to pick up because of the issues. Big delay in my moving day start time.
