I had to quickly change pickup locations, due to the original pickup location 2805 lake Ave Ashtabula Ohio, not answering the door or phone, with a written sign by the open sign stating “be right back” I waited 20 minutes after my pickup time of 9:30 am. This is unacceptable and this location should be shut down, due to incompetence!

The check-out and check-in process went smoothly. I like the Ace Hardware location because it's easy to access, plenty of parking, and the Ace staff are helpful, professional, and the store has widely accessible hours that make it easy to ask questions about the U-Haul during the check-out and check-in process. The equipment was clean and the truck was in good condition and operated fine.
