I wasted about 20 minutes at this location because the owner did not take the time to listen to my name or verify my name or reservation number. He kept saying he did not have my order. Tried calling customer service abs could not get anyone at that time. I had to keep talking to him and showing my phone for him to take extra time to verify my name and pick up time. Plus there were left over furniture pads in back of truck on the floor of the bed

Owner was very nice...only person at store....kept havimg to go back to customers sos no helpnwirh trailer connection..inam disable so made it very difficult.trailer as last few not lubricqted wi4h ratchets and exteemlybdifficult to use.


Gets a below average score due to the fact that only one person was there and had to deal with not only me but other customers that came into the store for a variety of things

I was charged for mileage that was put on the vehicle due to the distributor failing to put the equipment I rented in the truck. I had already driven an hour away when I received a text explaining that he would take off the charge for the equipment and miles that I would need to drive to go back and get it, but he did not and now I am having to pay an absurd amount of money.

Store was dirty and unorganized with only one person working. He was the gas station cashier who had to repeatedly stop checking me in to attend to customers. A 5 minute process took over 30 minutes. The truck was dirty with candy and dirt all over the floors and drinks spilled all in the cup holders.

I don't understand why I got charged a $25 cleaning fee. The truck was clean, I just marked that because of COVID-19. You have to clean it to be safe.

When the truck was dropped off we turned in keys and were told that was all we needed to do. However, the truck was, in fact, not checked in. I had to make another trip to the drop off location. When I asked the U Haul employee he told me the truck was checked in. When I continued to question, he admitted the truck wasn't checked in. He kept insisting that it was. Finally, I required a paper receipt. That's when he finally got on the computer and checked in the truck. This all required an extra trip and approx. 30 minutes of my time. I am not pleased with this level of “service”.

With COVID-19, sanitizing is extremely important. I wiped down the stirring wheel and seats, etc. with sanitizer and bleach and it was still extremely dirty even after 3 wipes.

Please fix the AC of your vehicle, we were moving stuffs at 100F. Imagine doing it for an hour and finding in a truck with no AC to drive it for another hour and unloading the stuffs.

Signage that it is a U-haul facility. I just took a chance because I saw 4 U-Haul trucks there. When I went in there was still no signage inviting me and then it was dark and gloomy.

Had no idea what type of business went w the return address. Was surprised to see it was a gas station/convenience store - but checking in was easy and fast and the proprietor was very helpful.


Total confusion with my return. I finally had to call main number to get all handled. I had made sure to double check several times on my order before getting and returning, but still problems. I believe the mixup or how order was written caused the confusion. I would add that everyone I talked to on the phone each time was very polite and courteous.
