I spent more than 2 hours for check in and rent truck. And there was a hidden fee for fuel. And I still don't understand for what I extra paid $30.

Julie YHave actual humans instead of virtual everything. The App gave errors and the process was very very difficult online. Way too many steps and almost impossible for most normal people to figure it out
