Friendly customer service. Easy rental check in
MAJO KI was charged for insurance but requested not to have it. I was offered a dolly to rent but when I arrived the location did not offer Dollie’s. It took forever to check out because of “network issues” This was as much a U-Haul problem as it was the location.
ANDREW SThe staff were busy with gas station customers. The homeless population nearby was surprising and unnerving. The business is in bad need of a renovation.
