9” U-Haul van was not available upon arrival as previous customer had not returned it. No update was sent beforehand. Had to substitute with 10” U-Haul truck. The air pressure on one of the tires of the truck was also low.

I was told the fee was the mileage and the hourly. I wasn’t told I’d also pay gas. And the late fee was very high. Seemed very unnecessary and gouging.
Liesje SIt was busy in the store, so we had to wait a bit but nothing extreme. The staff was nice.
William HNot set up well to handle rentals. The one employee at the location was overwhelmed with helping regular customers and two u-haul pickups at the same time. He mentioned the system being down, and the customer that arrived prior to me took over 30 minutes to serve. In total, I was there about 45 minutes before I was able to drive away with my rental. When I made the reservation, mobile pick-up was selected, but that was not actually an option at this location.
Russell AThe whole experience was infuriating. The employee was scrolling on tik tok while we were trying to talk to him about our reservation and he never put it down. He was so unhelpful. I am 21 years old, not a 50 year old cranky woman. This experience truly was terrible.
