How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis should not be a uhaul location. I would STRONGLY prefer to drive farther to go to a dedicated uhaul location. There is only positive I can say is that the truck did arrive in time for us to use it.
Zachary C9” U-Haul van was not available upon arrival as previous customer had not returned it. No update was sent beforehand. Had to substitute with 10” U-Haul truck. The air pressure on one of the tires of the truck was also low.
Grace SI was told the fee was the mileage and the hourly. I wasn’t told I’d also pay gas. And the late fee was very high. Seemed very unnecessary and gouging.
Liesje SIt was busy in the store, so we had to wait a bit but nothing extreme. The staff was nice.
