I was charged for insurance but requested not to have it. I was offered a dolly to rent but when I arrived the location did not offer Dollie’s. It took forever to check out because of “network issues” This was as much a U-Haul problem as it was the location.

The staff were busy with gas station customers. The homeless population nearby was surprising and unnerving. The business is in bad need of a renovation.

KEVIN RThe gas level was higher on the paper than the actual vehicle. I went inside, spoke with the attendant, and thought it was resolved. When I returned the vehicle the attendant on duty had no idea what I was talking about. It felt shady. I had taken a picture of the dash just in case and that’s the only way I was able to not get charged. I would not recommend this location and will not use again.
