The truck was NOT clean when I picked it up. Plus, no one checked the truck out when I returned it. It’s a disgrace that you charge me a $12 cleaning fee for a truck that was NEVER clean!!!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff at the pickup location. Everyone went out of their way to accommodate me. The whole pickup process took less than 5 minutes.
MICHAEL HStaff was very friendly. However, there was a discount of the blankets that were rented, which caused some problems when I return them at my final destination. Also, when the individual uploaded my order there is no rental place location on the contract. And the rental place taking the items, did not want them, and we had quite a time finding me in the system and getting them returned.
WILLIAM SThere seems to be a lot of all kinds of businesses going on at the location other than U-Haul. Very limited space! I was told they were soon gonna move to a larger place. That will be nice and helpful. The employees there were super kind and helpful.
