This was the most horrible experience I have had dealing with U-Haul. They did not explain that we needed special equipment to secure my vehicle to the toy hauler. I had to drive to another town to purchase the straps for over$100.00. No other dealer in Athens had them. I called to the Plano office who provided no help to locating the special equipment. I had to call around to find them. I requested to speak to an area manager. No one responded. I hope that I will never require U- Haul services again.

I have called & filed a claim on the billing for this reservation. My original reservation on this truck was inadvertently canceled by one of your representatives and then rebooked incorrectly. Then the owner of HP Car accessories changed it again, saying he could save me money if I switched drop off locations. Then I was told by your rep to ignore the Denton drop off location & drop it off in Sanger Tx. Nobody from Uhaul has called me back to resolve this issue. If nobody calls, I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company that was billed incorrectly
