App had incorrect information about key lockbox. Had to call CS. Location is very crowded and chaotic and lacked adequate parking spaces.
MICHAEL MI’ve rented equipment here at least 20 times and the customer service is ALWAYS impeccable!

Sign said 6 pm. We got back to drop off at 4 pm. No one was there. We needed to leave it but didn’t want to pay the 20 after check in fee. So called Adam’s surplus who is who I wanted to use in the beginning. All plains the situation he said bring it to us we will take good care of you. Omg saved us with not having to deal with it the next morning. I will never use Hp Car uhaul again. I will stay with Adam’s surplus.

Not filthy but not clean. It was an okay experience. Not great but not terrible. Room for improvement but beats the Uhaul "smoke room" in Terrell!

Susan S12X6 open trailer was full of dirt and pulled like it had unbalanced square tires. Very frustrating vibration for 4 hours to my pulling vehicle and to my load. It was extremely violent with and without the load. The equipment should not have been in service.

How can they just blow off the customer like that , this was not right because I was really needing that truck , then I had to drive further than I needed too.

Joseph HWe are a local moving company that utilizes UHauls when needed. We originally had our rental set for another location and at the last minute discovered they no longer rented UHuals so we had to urgently switch locations. The staff worked quickly to resolve the issue and get us on the road. Thank you! We will be using you again soon!

Hp came through for us when we needed them too and we sincerely appreciate them. We have shifted all of our company's rentals to the Hp location in Athens. A special thank you to the young lady at the front desk and the manager; extremely professional and efficient.
Jeffrey MNothing at all. This has to be the BEST U-Haul dealer I have EVER stumbled onto and I'm 64 and have used U-Haul for almost every move with the exception 45 years ago or so there was a company called JarTran but no longer in business. Thank you all so much.
