I had no issues with Z Marine they were excellent. My problem is with U-Haul. They moved my reservation from 24-hr Storage U-Haul which was the location of my items at the last minute. I went to get the truck, and they told me it had been moved. They said they sent me a message. Well, then sent me a dozen reminders and I would not have known unless I went to the web to read the message and had to notice that it said new location. I had to call my ride back to get me and take me to Z-marine. I planned on dropping my truck at the 24-hr storage when I was done (which is where I would have been). Instead, I had to make round trips to Z-marine from 24-hr Storage that I would not have had to do and paying $1.19/mile for them changing my reservation. My whole day got off to a bad start because of this change. If the reservation system allows you to make a reservation, then the truck should be available and reserved. Isn't that the point of a reservation? I have a feeling I was inconvenienced for someone else's reservation which is not OK.
