On my initial order placed 11/4/2025, I declined the damage coverage that cost $10.00. The pick up location was suppose to be Black Point NB. But, you employee changed the location to Atholville and this was ok with me. Your employee ended up making the change in location but added the insurance that I declined in my initial rental. I was not informed of this or asked if I wanted it added on. So I had to pay a fee of $10.00 that I already declined and U-Haul refused to recognize their error.

PATRICE FLocation is good if you live in that region. Unfortunately, I was redirected to this location when the original location did not have a trailer. It was approximately an hour away. On the other hand, the service here was excellent.
