Trailer and Towing Supplies
I brought back the truck in Atholville on Sunday morning (before the deadline) and left the key in the dropbox, as agreed, because the garage was closed. Your Moncton office had also written the Atholville address on my agreement. But Sunday night, I got a call from the office in Charlo saying that I should have brought the truck there, and that I might be charged an extra day!!! I called your office the next morning, and the situation was resolved quickly, thank you... but this had caused some stress. I suggest that the destination be clear to all your offices. Thank you!
The clean up fee is outrageous
just make sure everything works, example side markers,
The equipment was very clean, however it Probably would not have been something they would have seen On tue trailer so I don't blame them at all however the front passenger side tire kept getting hot, not the drum brake, or the bearing hub but the actual tire. The other three tires were good. I had to have two tires replaced back to back on the same tire. I was only supposed to travel 3-1/2 hours which ended up taking over 12 hours and I had to leave some of my cargo on the side of the road just in case it was a weight issue which I had to travel over 200 kms round trip to go retrieve the cargo with my truck after I finally made it to my destination. I would stop every 25-30 Kms to let the tire cool down. Was not a happy person yesterday.
truck was smelling cigarette; not the renter fault; very strong truck...hit a pot hole on hwy 15 near mont-gabriel, could have blow tire or suspension, but took it without issue.
Calling center seam being impatient. We bring it back the same day it was not what we needed exactly. It was suppose to cost 14.95 and it ended up 54$ . We did call to tell that we were bringning it back the same day.
Easy access and quick drop off
We drop off the truck at around 10 PM. We look everywhere (in the dark), but there were no drop off box for the keys. I had to call Uhaul (and wait more than 20 minutes before being able to talk to someone) to finally put the keys in the gloves box of the truck.
We revisited the dealer twice regarding the running lights not working & the man told us both times that he couldn't fix what wasn't broken. We got hauled over on our travels due to the lights not working. The wires were not in good shape. We also had to sweep out the trailer when we got it because there were cigarette butts and dirt in the trailer. We were not happy to be have spent the money on the trailer with the service or the shape of the trailer
Drop off only...after hours
Would not recommend this location or any uhaul location to anyone due to lack of equipment up keep/ people skills.
Staff are very friendly and professional ??
Because the price is not the same on the uhaul page is suposed 65$ for rent 24hours and the guys charge 75$ for 24hours
Nice place Great help
Being in new Brunswick your trailers aren't passing the provincial safety check ups.
Before reserving online it would be great to have a prompt telling us if the truck is available at the location I asked for
This is the second time I have used Uhaul and everything was just great. The truck was ready for us to pick up at the nearest depot, and it only took a few minutes to do the paper work. The staff was very friendly and helpful.. I would certainly recommend U haul to my friends.
We wanted to do the paperwork on the phone prior to pick up. They would not let us do it.
It looked like someone dumped a cup of coffee on the dash of the truck. The top of the truck was not cleaned and I was driving down the highway there was sheets of ice flying off the truck making it dangerous for oncoming cars and the cars behind me. There was one car that almost went off the highway because of the ice flying off the truck. Also, the truck, plated in Arizona, had 4 season tires. I think 4 seasons in Arizona is different from 4 seasons in New Brunswick, Canada. The tires had no grip. I had to park on a hill that had ice and I ended up sliding down the hill into the street. Thankfully, there were no cars in the road at the time. We are in Canada. Please install good winter tires for our Canadian winters, not for Arizona winters. I've never been to Arizona, but I believe their winters may be different than ours.
Have them be a little more English the man didn't say one word to us at all
Just nice words to say: excellent service, very easy to reserve. No problem at all.
I took the truck on thursday morning They should to tell me where I drop the truck on Montreal even I gave them my addrees on Montreal!!! Second , the truck was not clean very well from the snow on the front, when I drove it , the snow fall on the window The worst problem is when I drove it at night: The light engine as orange color is on and the water to clean the view is not working because I think some water was freezing
This is the bigges piece of shit I' e ever driven. The thing was at 1/4 tank (understandable with uhaul) and it was due for an oil change. The tires were bare. I spent 1 hour on my back underneath the truck hacking away at a slab of ice and snow so I could bring down the ramp. The wipers left a spot directly in the drivers field of vision.
