MATTHEW DThe Truck was newer than expected, and the rental experience was efficient and easy. The online paperwork was helpful. I wish someone had picked up the phone when I called to see if we could return by 12:20 instead of 12:00. Our rental started at 12:20, but our contract said due back at 12. We rushed and made it on time, but it would have been nice to know if the full return time was indeed 24 hours.
