They are extra charging me for nothing
Tyler GThe location was fine, and the people were generally nice. However, the last-minute change to the pickup location was unreasonable. I flew in specifically to move and chose this location because it was within walking distance. Having the pickup moved far away at the last minute forced me to scramble to find transportation with no notice. They sent me a message the day before that I thought it was a scam.
Mateus Vwe rented a 26 foot truck and it was absolutely spotless. Doing a counter pick up on a Sunday morning is usually impossible. Miss Kim, the sweet lady behind the counter, and the security guard at the end of the day we’re all polite, easy to deal with, and had great humor.
