They didn’t have a dolly and lied to the U-Haul rep and said they had a dolly, so I was unable to move my appliances. The pads were not in the truck. I had to wait on them to get pads. I would not recommend it. If a customer books a U-Haul, you should make sure everything is inside the truck because that defeats the purpose of moving if you don’t have a dolly when you have appliances.

This isn't where I dropped off. But the location in Santa Ana near Fountain Valley was amazing. We pulled up and the attendant greeted us by name outside and helped us guild the trailer to park it and was it as quick and easy as that.
Carmen FThey didn’t have the vehicle that I reserved so they charged me double for a different truck that I didn’t want. I got the keys 45 minutes after my time slot and the building had no ac and the employees were not communicative about what was going on.
Samuel BI was charged for a dolly I was never given. We brought a separate box dolly from my apartment and can show video evidence. This was after being sent from another location that I had a reservation at and forced to take a larger truck than we wanted. This was a terrible and scary experience.
