Antwaun GThe pickup location for our truck was switched to this one less than thirty minutes prior to pickup, which increased the miles for our moving route, and did not supply sufficient fuel for the move and did not have additionally ordered packing supplies available.
Che HThey didn’t have a dolly and lied to the U-Haul rep and said they had a dolly, so I was unable to move my appliances. The pads were not in the truck. I had to wait on them to get pads. I would not recommend it. If a customer books a U-Haul, you should make sure everything is inside the truck because that defeats the purpose of moving if you don’t have a dolly when you have appliances.
BRIANNA MThis isn't where I dropped off. But the location in Santa Ana near Fountain Valley was amazing. We pulled up and the attendant greeted us by name outside and helped us guild the trailer to park it and was it as quick and easy as that.
