This location is dirty, disorganized, understaffed, and frustrating to do business with, to put it mildly. I have been to U-Haul locations across the country, and unfortunately, this is a common theme. The guy who was helping all 11 of us who were waiting was doing his absolute best, but it is impossible to serve that many people in a timely fashion without any help. Eventually, one more person showed up to help him. That said, the van I rented was in good condition, and the drop-off was super quick and easy.

JURONG LWe did a mobile drop-off, and it's really just a random lot. It wasn't horrible, but good enough to get everything done for a mobile drop-off without any issues.
Yvonne PYour employees are rude disrespectful do not listen. Speak to people rude about customer service experience I will never ever rent from them again. This is the second bad experience. I have with U-Haul. The U-Haul on Candler Road is the same way rude and disrespectful. You guys need to upgrade your employees and properly train them and know how to speak to customer. I know how to handle a customer Very very, very bad experience.
