had to drive out of state to to collect vehicle and trailer due to UHAUL not having approved vehicle available per initial contract, vehicle had items from previous movers in it upon pick up, had to wait 2.75 hours to collect vehicle, attendant ran into the telephone light post twice with the vehicle
