No one was available to check me in during normal work hours. The one guy there said to leave the trailer and it would be checked in later that day. When I finally got my receipt, it was marked checked in several days later.
Charles BEasy experience working with the friendly employee while getting a tow dolly. Quick and efficient.
Jody PI arrived at 3:30, but nobody was there. I tried calling the number, but got no answer multiple times. After 30 minutes and a couple of calls to U-Haul customer service, a car sales associate showed up and was able to help, though it was not his responsibility.
