Real friendly and great service. Thank You

Our check in was smooth and pleasant. Excellent location with nothing that could be improved upon, except a larger lot would be nice, however that is hardly the fault of Uhaul! You get a location where you can. It is highly accessible where it is...just a bit cramped.

It was a very busy smog station and the parking lot was seriously full of potholes.

The right rear light on the trailer is burnt out and needs replacing.

Scheduled online. Did the express check in. Pickup and drop off very quick and smooth. Can't think how it could have been better

Total confusion from U Haul as to which location I had contracted with. Three people called to confirm THEY were the right one. Regional office in Sacramento ASSURED us there was no truck at our chosen location; another location said they had it; then finally we were assured by the original location that they DID in fact have "our" truck.

The truck was not ready to go when we arrived. They had to remove a trailer from truck, which took a while.

We had to wait 30 minutes to just pick up a car transport. This location is a very busy smog shop and focuses more on the smog customers. Several customer for smog inspection were served before us, even though we were there before them. When we finally finished the paperwork, we were told to go back to the trailer and someone would meet us. They didn't so we had to go into the smog shop to have someone come move another truck and trailer so that we could hook up the car hauler. While the people were pleasant, the customer service for uhaul customers is poor.

I will go to a different location... The Uhaul was issued to me dirty, there were no blankets, took over an hour and there was only 1 person ahead of me...

Everything was great. I will use again.

Self drop off easy.

I would have appreciated a more detailed explanation of the charges. I thought that turning in the truck early would reduce the amount owed. Otherwise, everything went great. Jim

People were very nice. Trailer should not have been rented because tires were in very poor condition. One blew out in route. Could have been a disaster that could have been prevented. At least the tire shop that UHaul called replaced it quickly and I made it the rest of the way despite other tires being in poor shape.

"When a customer orders add-on items such as a utility dolly, it is usually because they need it" When I placed my order with U Haul, I ordered a utility dolly with my order. When I picked up my trailer at Sierra Smog & Auto Repair 402 Grass Valley Hwy. Auburn, CA 95603 there was no dolly. When I asked about the dolly the young man helping me stated there was not a dolly on the order but he said let me go check. The youngster disappeared for a couple minutes only to return stating that I did not order a dolly. I said OK then, I need a dolly.., he said we don’t have one. I Immediately contacted U Haul and my situation. I was not trying to be diffacult but explained the imporance of the dolly to me. The lady at U Haul attempted to locate a dolly for me in another area-town, but the locations were a distance away. The lady at U Haul was extremely patient and professional with me and I believe really tried to help me out, but my location at the time was in the middle of nowhere. Finally, I told the lady not to worry about the dolly and I would work something out. My solution.., When I arrived in Lincoln Ca. I just went to the local hardware store and I bought a dolly. My thought, “The poor customer skills of one man attempted to darken my day but the sound of the honest professional at U Haul made for a sweet moving day” Thanks, U Haul for being professionals. They could clean the truck out and have it full of gas. They could have moved the truck out for us as it was a busy area to back out.

If possible leave vehicle windows open a little on hot days to let some cabin heat out before delivering to customer.

We had a awful experience with leaking gas from u-hauls truck-Uhaul roadside service do not help you in need-you spend alot of excess money using U-Hauls trucks-When you complain no -body calls you back within 48 hours to resolve any issues-Your manager Jeff Skinner it a terrible man /he is aggroant /demeaning /that has no customer experience-We want his manager to call us to follow up with us--- We have pictures to prove our issues and documents to prove our issues--

This is not a criticism of this location but a criticism of UHaul customer service and my desired drop off location. I was renting for a one-way trip, where I would be driving the trailer one way then dropping it off at my destination and then returning without it back to the origination city. The one way location was Incline Village, NV. UHaul operator there said he wouldn't take it I'd have to find somewhere else. Was referred to Carson City, 40 minutes Drive time one way going the opposite direction of my destination. Phoned UHaul 800# and was transferred to Nevada operator advised them I wanted to drop off in CA on my way home and they transferred me to 'CA' operator in Vallejo who said they didn't know of anywhere other than between Vallejo and San Francisco...wtheck. Tried to explain and Woman said I needed to listen to her! She said she would place me on hold but instead placed me back in a call queue. Finally a man picked up that was very helpful and located the Auburn UHaul location for drop off. Very frustrating conversations with your company between NV and CA 'operators' and rude person in Vallejo. Thankfully the last person was helpful.

Had to drive 40 minutes out of our way to drop of trailer because the uhaul in the town we moved to was "full". Not very user friendly.
