The customer service was standard at most , the reasoning for the 1/5 is based on your companies ability to manage accommodations based on the poor reservation website. I spend most of my morning calling back and forth from location asking why my reservation location and drop of was changed along with the time. What is the point of a reservation? This is something that should be taken care of by the locations who are unable to take the reservation and set it up to where the customer is not doing their job.

I only wanted to warn them that the trailer bakes didn't work and that i had shot a brand new set of pads on my tundra when i was told by an employee that this trailer had emergency brakes only after I suggesting that the brakes be looked at. He was completely unaware, i am being generous that he was ignorant of the concept of surge brakes, that this trailer was so equipped. I was perfectly happy to just tell you guys it needed help but after that dressing down by your uniformed employee I would really like to hear back from you and at least reclaim the 20 dollars it cost me to park it and get new brakes to get it back to you.

Not sure if understaffed or what? Waited 15 min before I went and asked to return the truck. Two people looked at me and then turned thier heads never even said hello. It was aweful as a customer.

We pulled in as an employee was leaving at the end of her shift (or so it appeared), instead of getting into her car to head out, she stopped and helped us check-in the vehicle. Very quick, friendly, and helpful.

Upon arrival the first trailer had lights not working and instead of offering to come in and see what was available he started rattling off trailer sizes and asked what we wanted but kept saying not sure what’s available. After going inside and the original lady took back over she found us an available working trailer and on our way.

The self-check in,Per your app, I can just go to the counter, and inform them that I did the self check in, and get my key. I had to wait in line, as there was 2 people at the counter, and 1 working.

Only complaint is they did not go over the vehicle with me, it had some damage, but we called and it was documented. Also truck was missing convex mirror on right side. I thought that was weird but didn't know there should have been one there until I got to drop off location. However overall I was very satisfied, equipment was ready and service was timely. They helped me choose best rates etc. and answered all my questions.

Your roadside assistance is horrible. I spent almost 2 hours on the side of an extremely busy four lane highway while waiting to get ahold of someone to help. Your online service would not pick up my location so I had to call it in and was on hold for 40 minutes before even talking to anyone. Then they couldn’t take our location by telling them exactly what highway, city, direction, mile marker or even our exact coordinates. It was very frustrating to sit on the side of the highway with 3 scared children because every vehicle that went by moved my truck.

Based on the poor experience of my pick up location, this site was a dream. The staff came out to meet us, was friendly and completed the return for me. He also listened to my concerns based on my pick up and acknowledged them. If it was possible, I would only work with this location.

Followed all instructions and was still charged $25 for gas. The tank was filled more than when dropped off
