Kameryn JU-haul did not have reserved equipment, at no fault of the pick up company. However, this is something the u-haul reps should make sure of before verifying reservation and making me pay for equipment that wasn’t there. I also originally reserved and got the email I had the u-haul for two days however upon pick up, it told me 1 day.
