Theodore WThe return location looks like a NYC bodega. While the team was very friendly, I walked away with uncertainty that my return was properly handled since the clerk did not have me sign any paperwork or enter any details into a computer system. On Monday 6/9 I received a text message that my return was complete. However, one week later I received email advising my rental was still not returned. What a mess! The next time I need a rental I definitely will not use this location and I may not use Uhaul at all.
MUHAMMAD IOrdered and paid for a hand truck and it was not available. I was still charged for it.
KImberly FGet rid of on line ordering. I had to walk all over lot looking for truck. And I'm handicap. If I wouldn't of had my grandson with me it would of even taken longer.
