I’ve been to this location before and my experience was good.... but with different people. This time there was a male and female providing service to customers. After checking in and bringing the truck back. The guy came out and asked us did everything work out. I replied yes. He started to check the gas and asked did we fuel back up. My cousin and I replied yes, of course. He said it was way below where it is suppose to be. So, he said it would charge me 30.00 for the fuel unless I go and fuel it back to where it was. I agreed but I asked him how much would it take to fuel it back up. He said just put about $21.00 in it. We then got in the truck and rode off to the gas station down the street. Fuel the truck up with the amount he stated then came back and he checked it... He still said it wasn’t enough. So he said he’ll just give me a $6.00 discount. After doing all of that? In my head I’m thinking. At the end of the day I still was charged a fuel fee even after doing what he told me needs to be done.

We rented and paid for a truck , blankets and an appliance hand truck a week in advance . When we got to the rental place , the employee told us that she had seen our reservations early in the week but she did not have any hand trucks . She credited us with $10 , when we paid $12 for the handtrucks . She kept calling the area manager Vincent ,because she had no idea how to even refund us the $12. We were left to our own device. Took us 2 hours to be able rent another handtruck from a different location ( we visited 3). Were not able to get our full refund for the handtrucks . Terrible customer service and disregard of my time .

Really great crew working at this location. My only suggestion to really make the experience really over the top would be to have a cooler full of bottled waters all iced up to hand one to customers on the hot days out in the equipment yard during the hookup and inspection process.

Great staff ! I rent a U-Haul from this location to haul sound equipment from one location to the next and the staff helps me get the right hauling tools for each project. I was greeted with a warm welcome . I recommend this location to everyone .

AGENT FAILED TO INFORM ME WHEN I MADE THE RESERVATION IN PERSON AT THEIR LOCATION, THAT I WOULD NEED TO PROVIDE INDENTIFICATION FOR THEM TO HOLD (SUCH AS A PASSPORT) AND PROOF OF ADDRESS FOR THE LOCAL RENTAL. I LOST AN HOUR GOING TO GET THESE.

My U-HAUL representative at this location, Mr. Melvin Boseman was the best! He was very knowledgeable and super friendly. His service was very prompt and he made sure he took care of me as if I was family. He double checked everything and made sure I had all of the items I needed to help make my move a breeze! I would definitely recommend this location to others!

what i really paid for was to pick up the truck and bring it back i reserved from nearest on lumpkin rd 2 mins from my house and five mins from where am moving to but i was told to go pick up on Gordon hwy i made one trip that day and end up paying more that what i estimated

Apparently there was a miscommunication between me and the customer service rep and the pick up location. I had a confirmation for a 7am pick up on 3/19/18 but the location was closed. My movers were scheduled for 8am but I was unable to pick up my truck on time. I had to drive to another location to pick up the truck. I was very very unhappy with the service I received. I would suggest that the price quoted would also include taxes, if possible. The cost exceeded my budgeted amount by $34.

After dropping off the trailrr, it took almost 24hours to get my receipt, and that was done because I had to drive back to the drop off location to get a receipt for turning in the trailer. After that i got an email for the trailer turn in.

Make sure there is enough staff working to accommodate the customer flow. There was only 1 staff working on a Saturday until around 3:30 or 4:00. The wait time was ridiculous to day I had a reservation. I had to wait an hour before being waited on.l
