I got hit with a bogus after hours fee. Return instructions were incorrect. Pickup instructions were incorrect. I spent over an hour picking up and returning vehicle. I am seeking a refund of $20 fee.

Need to fix the app- pick up and return were difficult. Also- the truck had a broken mirror when I picked it up, but there was no way to acknowledge it.

Ben AThis was my second experience with this location and just as before, the trucks were neatly kept and well maintained. I started the day at another location (to remain unnamed) but they made me go through so many hurdles. The topper? After 35 mins of trying to get my ID to upload to their platform (they were clueless to help), I just walked out. I remembered these guys and I ran over, did the check in, got the truck and finished the job. Thank you so much! BTW - I've told friends and neighbors about your location so... :-) -- Very happy customer!
