Lock box was jammed shut and a service rep had to come out to get it open. The rep was great - friendly, professional - but I was delayed quite a bit. Didn't love all the additional fees jacking up the final cost. Expected to pay around $70, ended up at $126.

Kevin JI got over charged. They charged me for a full tank of gas when I got the truck at under half a tank and returned it at a quarter tank. I got charged 42 dollars for 7 gallons of gas for only going 26 miles. The office manager wont call me back. This is getting charged back by my bank
