One of the lock boxes is missing, so keys have to be obtained through the drop box. The uHaul app instructed me to go inside to get the keys, however, this location doesn’t have an “inside”, only a drop box. The app never made me aware of this, and I had to call support and text a live agent on the app in order to obtain the cod for the box, since that wasn’t shown on the app. When I was finally told the code by a representative on the app, it was wrong, of course, an old code that had yet to be updated. The agent had to actually call the site manager to find out the new code. This whole ordeal set me back more than half an hour, and I was late to my arrangements, despite showing up to pick up the van early. This is the second time this situation has happened at this location. They need to update the app so that it gives you the lock box code. I can’t believe this hasn’t been done. Does every customer have to jump through these hoops to get their keys? If so, it’s incredible this location gets any customers at all. I expect compensation for this.

This was my first time picking up a U-Haul from a 24/7 lot with no humans. I was a little confused at first - make sure you choose the 24/7 option when it's a 24/7 pick up location - both options were available in the app & it confused me, the app & the customer service folk (who were readily available). Once it was all squared away, the pick up, and drop off, were really very easy. My one suggestion would be to put some sort of overhead awning over the area where you do the photos and get keys. This is a little tricky in blaring sun and/or rain, snow, etc. Truck was great.

Robert CAll the things that I pre-ordered for my truck were not in the truck. The moving blankets and Dollie’s. were missing. I had to go to a store and buy moving blankets. Without a dolly it prolong my move. . I will not be renting here again
