7/1 There is no attendant at this location. I came to pick up my 9' van, and the furniture cloths (24), Dolly (2), and Hand Trucks (2) were not in the van. I called customer service and they explained that there is a yellow pole at the end of the lot. They walked me through how to get the keys. Also told me I had to drive to the 225 Scotland Rd, Orange NJ location to attempt picking up the supplies, so I went. The attendant in Orange said we don't have the hand truck or dolly here?! So I wasn't able to benefit what I paid for. Also, if they did have it I would have to pay again since it was a different location. I was able to get the furniture cloths only. That was in stock. I am going to follow up with customer service and ensure I am issued a refund for the missing tools purchased. I feel like this could've been avoided if a true quality assurance check was done the previous day confirming that my items were in the truck. Another comment, there were dog hairs all over the passenger seat. The moving labor had to cover the seat to separate the dog hair from their clothes. It was a messy van. It didn't appear to be washed or wiped down at all. There were crumbs, food particles, snack wrappers around the cupholders and floor. The outside of the van was dirty also. This entire ordeal delayed my move. I expected more from Uhaul, as this was my first time using this service. If I needed uhaul again despite this review I may use it again. However, I'd probably use the Orange, NJ location.

Rebecca BI got hit with a bogus after hours fee. Return instructions were incorrect. Pickup instructions were incorrect. I spent over an hour picking up and returning vehicle. I am seeking a refund of $20 fee.
Joseph DNeed to fix the app- pick up and return were difficult. Also- the truck had a broken mirror when I picked it up, but there was no way to acknowledge it.
