Everything was good, except stearing on vehicle overall good
RONALD WThere was no furniture pads in vehicle. Not sure how to get refunded for it.
SHAWN PTook far too long to pick up the van because the app is so buggy. Uploading photos was a joke and ended up dealing via the phone - wasted 30mins at pick up. Van was fine, but didn’t have the furniture pads I’d ordered. Was told to go to a service centre but it’s not clear what’s a service centre and just a pick up location (sort your Google Maps listings), so ended up driving round wasting time. The lock on the lock box is also rusty and hard to open.
Daniel RU-haul failed to deliver ordered protective furniture pads and supplied a dolly instead. Remote pickup. no means of rectification. Furniture damaged in transport due to lack of pads far exceeding rental cost. u-haul claims no fault and sent to collection. Really bad customer experience. Lack of follow up from U-haul on customer case.
