This was my second experience with this location and just as before, the trucks were neatly kept and well maintained. I started the day at another location (to remain unnamed) but they made me go through so many hurdles. The topper? After 35 mins of trying to get my ID to upload to their platform (they were clueless to help), I just walked out. I remembered these guys and I ran over, did the check in, got the truck and finished the job. Thank you so much! BTW - I've told friends and neighbors about your location so... :-) -- Very happy customer!
Stacey JThe information provided (through the online booking site) to open the lock box to get the van keys was incorrect and I had to call someone which caused me some delays
James TThe equipment I requested wasn’t available and I wasn’t told until after my rental had already started.
Kimberly MThe lock box combo did not open to get the key. Contrary to web site, the lock up location was self service. There was no office. It start to finish it was 45 - 1 hr to get in a truck. The 10’ truck was not avail (lock box won’t open) so after 2 service repentances we were able to get a bigger truck from a diff lock box.
