Cristal MThere was NO indication when this was booked that the location was unmanned. If known in advance I could have done the work via the app. Speaking of which, the UHaul app is HORRENDOUS. Thoroughly confusing. You click on a link and there's no way to get back to where you were to continue the process. Duplicate efforts. Just dreadful.
Brian FProblems checking out and in. Overcharged for fuel. It took all weekend to establish vehicle was returned. Many calls to customer service. Never had problems like this at any other location!
PAUL DThere was no problem with the equipment, or your employee. My major problem was your process. The procedure was one BIG PAIN in the ASS. Using the keypads on those locks was an issue. The locks were so sensitive. They had to be placed exactly "just so " in order to work. The difficulty I experienced caused me 1 hour extra time. The whole lock book process sucked. What happened to the smiling rep that signed you up and handed you the key and said have a nice day. Good bye U-Haul. You won't see me again.
