Mason TI apologize that I dont remember the name of the woman that helped us with our reservation (Saturday, 6/7), but she was fantastic. Give her a raise; double, triple, her pay. She handled multiple customers as an absolute pro, set expectations for everyone, kept everyone in the loop, and gave personalized tips and told us what to expect from the app going forward. Uhaul, I'm not kidding, either clone this woman or promote her into a teaching role.
Thomas OPicked up the truck with a completely empty gas tank. Had to drive straight to a gas station and fill it up. Returned it three hours later with more fuel than it had when I got it. Still got charged for a fuel service fee and a full refill. Totally unfair and very disappointing.
Marsel LGas was on empty, I had to refuel immediately.
