Renting via the Uhaul app was an absolutely miserable experience. Poorly designed interface, too many unnecessary steps (multiple uploads of the same information) and in the end I was stuck in one step (asking for the contact of another person to verify my identity over and over again; really?) unable to complete the pickup. In the future i will make sure to rent only in person .

Gilbert FThe app didn’t have my lock box code because someone didn’t do their part at the office. The customer service rep was great and helped me get the code. The truck was dirty on the inside with dust, dirt, trash and someone’s old head phones. I also ordered a dolly and some pads which were not provided
