The location was clean, the truck was fine, and the employee (I think Mercedes was her name?) who was at the location Saturday 6.3 was very professional but U-haul's scheduling was AWFUL. I was sent to 6 different U-haul locations and physically drove to 3 of them each time having the truck that was reserved for me to be given away to another customer. I'm FURIOUS with U-Haul's reservation process and policies. Mercedes at 9591 E 22nd Ave was eventually able to get me a truck that was returned Saturday afternoon after having 5 trucks reserved for me rented to someone else and wasting 3 hours driving around Aurora/Denver to pick up trucks that weren't actually available. I would like a refund.

The lobby (front area where the desk was) was clean but had a Very heavy smell of some fragrance, as if it were from some spray bottle or cleaning solution.

The new hire at the Stapleton location took 50 minutes to complete my order, despite me using the express check in from home that morning. He had to enter my information 3 times. Unacceptable. He also had no clue how to hook up a trailer. He was on the phone while trying to move the trailer into position and it hit my 4Runner. Chains were hooked up incorrectly and they bound up as I pulled out. Another 15 minutes of screwing around when his boss finally showed up and we fixed the damaged wire connection. This caused a huge delay in my move and I will never use this location again.

Train the employees so they can give you the right phone number to call if you have an issue, make it so they know how to do normal changes a person might ask for soothes don't have to call someone else. MAKE THEM CONFIRM PURCHASE AMOUT BEFORE CHARGING THE CARD

We were told we could lock the truck and leave it in front of the building. Nothing was said about where to put the keys, so I locked the keys in the truck, thinking U haul would be intellegent enough to maintain 2 sets. I was wrong. Now being charged more than double our estimated price because of poor customer service. Definitely feel taken advantage of. Is this the business model? Quote a low price and then screw over customers? Highly unethical.

The computer indicated the truck was 15/16 full, but it was 3/4 full. They were not able to make the adjustment on my paperwork and advised me to have the drop off location call to make the adjustment (that was my understanding). That was too much hassle, so I ended up filling it up and, thus, am probably out about $10. Not a huge deal, but kind of a pain.

The trailer hitch was missing a bolt we were afraid to use it even after the attendant said he had repaired it. I was also sold four days when I only asked for two days to return the truck on Sunday. They charged me for Friday, Saturday Sunday and Monday.

Nothing in my opinion. Great Customer Service from the employee Andrea Muñoz. She said very kind and informative. Very knowledgeable about the services and fast as well. Yes I would recommend this location to friends and family.
