I would recommend being completely UPFRONT ABOUT THE WHOLE PAYMENT PROCESS. Because i keep having U-Haul try to charge my card multiple times at different charges. One of $11.93, another of $41.93 and just a moment ago another of $31.45!!! Like what the actual Hell!! I already paid everything upfront the day i rented the U-Haul and any exceeded fees i had to pay. Guess what! I ALSO PAID THEM!!! SO I REALLY REALLY DONT KNOW WHY U-HAUL IS TRYING TO CHARGE MY CARD AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN!!! I checked my email and nothing is showing me about these charges. No explanation, no receipt! No nothing! Im getting so fed up with this!! I called and ask why is this happening and even the employee i spoke with said the same exact thing. Oh because "he is new" i NEED AN ANSWER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!

Amadea CWent to drop off the trailer and the link didn't work. So I wanted until the morning. Called in and come to find out they had my name backwards on the rental. The trailer was # was also wrong. They mentioned I had not dropped off the trailer. The manager told me to send him pictures of the dropped of trailer so I did. That's when he found out that we had the rental and names backwards. And rhe trailer was not the one they rented out. That scared me because it could malean that I potentially never dropped off the right one. He mentioned it wasn't on me, he would just send me the receipt saying I checked in at 10:55AM when I dropped it off the previous day at 8 :55 PM on 6/5 after hours.
Vega ILocation is small but got what we needed. Employee didnt seem to make an effort to care--poor customer experience. Eqpt was dusty dirty inside and hade a couple of screws on the ground.

Jose cI needed to rent a motorcycle trailer very last minute, and about a half hour before closing. Bonnie W. and the gentleman training her (I didn't get his name, but he has helped me in the past with propane and such) were very helpful and quick. They had me out the door in about 10 min.
