The only issue that I had overall was that the truck was not mechanically sound. The alignment was off the vehicle constantly pulled to the left. That was the only issue that I had.

The overall experience was OK, in comparison to what I usually experience with businesses, in general, but was still not without issues, not surprisingly. Which seems to be the norm now, no matter where you go. There always seems to be some extra crap to deal with, and this situation/location was no different. Example: I get there at 6:30 (before the U-Haul opens) to do the after-hours, self-check-out. The U-haul online process to do that was going OK, until I got to the part where I needed to find the truck key. Despite the store being closed, there was a worker sitting on the tail of a truck near the front door, waiting for the manager to get there eventually. I naturally started asking questions about the after-hours, self-check-out procedure, when he proceeded to explain to me that there's been some misunderstanding and this particular store (750 S. Buckley Rd., Aurora, CO) doesn't really participate in the program, because they don't feel comfortable leaving the keys in an unlocked truck overnight like that. Which is understandable, to some degree, in Aurora, CO. But nonetheless, however, started to mean that I was going to have to wait to pick up my truck until the store opened, which basically nullifies the entire self-check-out option. He could tell I wasn't happy about that, naturally, and apologized for the location, but the damage was done. Once again, foiled by garbage companies and/or garbage company policies and forced to waste more time for some well-overpriced returns. Luckily I decided to simply sit back in my car to continue the online self-check-out process, so that it would at least be ready for the store manager, to minimize more wasted time. That's when I realized the key to the truck may be under the driver's seat, according to the app, so I decided to check, despite what the worker was telling me. Sure enough, the key was there and I was actually able to leave with the truck before the store actually opened. Now, however, I'm confused about this store's actual policy/procedure and not sure how to proceed, should I ever need another truck...which is likely. We rent trucks once in a while, like we did yesterday. That wasn't quite the end of the issues, however. When I returned with the truck that night to do the self-check-in, the online return process wasn't working and wouldn't allow me to return the truck...At least, not in the app. Very frustrating. The app wouldn't allow me to upload the pic of the mileage and gas, like the check-out procedure, so I couldn't finish the return process online. Someone else had to do it the following morning. Most would share the same general sentiment, that this was not the best overall experience. You really need to get your crap together.

The starting mileage on the paperwork and vehicle didn't match and when I brought it to the attention of the person I was dealing with they said don't worry we will fix it and after I got my final receipt it showed that the mileage was not corrected. The person was so dismissive that it seems intentional and that is unacceptable.

hire more people, lines are long, not agents fault, company's fault, otherwise would rte excellent. corporte or owner need to have more workers there on week ends

I never received the appliance dolly, after requesting several times, I did not realize it was not loaded until I arrived where I was moving, when I called and explained my distress, this was handled like- Oh well...were open until 8 you can come back and get it- under a time crunch I made the decision, that it was not convenient to return to pick the dolly up. I never received an apology or ownership of the error.
