Took a little longer to check the vehicle back in than should have been. HOWEVER. Staff was great and overall experience was fine.


Disciple and retraining of the location manager (Nathan Kreiman). His blatant disregard for my express of disagreement and c concern of charges on my file bill that were added in error and his unwillingness to discuss the matter cause me to raise my voice and his only resolution was to kick me out of the store and call the police. I waited for 20-30 more minutes waiting for the police to show to get a hard copy of the original contract before leaving as I requested AND a breakdown and reasoning for the additional charges which were clearly WRONG that I am now awaiting a credit for the difference that I was overcharged. His demeanor and horrible customer services was unacceptable. If his day is rough (which seemed to be the case when I walked in), that does not justify his unwillingness to actually help the customer.

This location needs additional help. This is the second time that I visited this location and wait time to get the truck was very long. Online check in was not anymore coinvent since I still need to wait in line with everyone else to get the key.

The first trailer I was given was functional and clean. Service was fine and normal. And during my ensuing personal walk around of the trailer, prior to leaving the facility, I noted the license plate was expired. I notified the facility personnel and after several computer checks/phone calls they were able to give me an alternate trailer with valid license plates, however it was in much need of an exterior wash. It could not be washed because the hose had been frozen and damaged. I was at the facility for approximately an hour and a half picking up the trailer. Staff was nice. Improvements would be, catch these kind of problem ( expired tags) before customers do and get the hose fixed or an alternate plan like run a longer hose from inside , or wash the trailers at a car wash nearby ??

My husband is Exempt from wearing a mask. He was not allowed in the building. However, according to our governor these businesses need to provide alternate means to help those that are exempt. My husband said that the employee needed to help him outside then and it took an hour for the employee to ablige. Please review the mandate very carefully and follow the whole mandate and not just what you want to.

No unit could be located to store the vehicle, and the personnel were not very helpful. Overall, it is Uhaul that was not living up to the promise, not just this location.

This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. Our u-haul was not there when we arrived because someone else kept it out longer than they should have and the reps and or manager had no idea where it was or when it was coming back. We received a call stating to come back and pick up another truck at 3 but within 2 hours of having it, we realized the door would not close at all. We called roadside assistance but it took him over an hour to get there and over 5 hours to fix the issue. The manager at the center would not give us another Uhaul to use so that we would not have to sit there all day and night while it was being fixed. Then made us pay for this ridiculousness without so much as an offer of a discount. I WILL NEVER EVER USE UHAUL AGAIN and I will tell everyone I know to find another company.

I tried to use yourself check in and it would not work, ended up standing in line for over 30 minutes. The guys at the counter said I needed to report that they self check in it's not working and others have said the same.


The location didn't have the trailer size I reserved. I had to go with a smaller one. I wasn't notified until I arrived at the site.

Over charged for a 4hr use. Then charged an extra day when the vehicle was sitting on the lot. A $31 total charge with a full tank on return for a 4hr use. Up to $58 no phone call or email sent in regards to the extra charges. 750 S Buckley Rd not very honest and transparent with their business practice. Beware.

Horrible customer service. It should not take 25 mins to check in. Also I went less than 5 miles and was charged $30 for fuel. NOT COOL! I will never come to this location again

Pick up was very slow. Five people in line. Only one clerk. Portable hand radios to get trucks for other customers and my trailer were dead. Power kept going out and computers would freeze. I checked in online. But I still had to go inside and waste 45 minutes of my time. Why check in online if I have to go in? Overall I think the customer service was awful.

I was supposed to have a u-haul location closer to my house that was confirmed 2 weeks ago and at the last minute it was changed to this one 15 miles away so I got charged for all those extra miles so its really not fair after customer service assured me 3 times the proper location.


I had a reservation the guy didn't care he made another reservation for me my truck was parked in the back he didn't have the truck warmed up it was cold thick ice on the windows no ice scraper took me an hour after I got the truck to warm it up and leave i will never go to this location again he said it was going to be an extra hundred dollars depending on my card and just laughed he was rude and made this experience bad I had my reservation at 9 buy the time the line moved it was 1030 n he put till 9 the next day

The staff is unprofessional and unhelpful. The computers were down, which I understand is not their fault. But they let us stand around For ten minutes before telling is them they told us they couldn't help. What they meant was wouldn't help. The young gentleman called me dude, 4-5 times. I finally got on the app, but when I took off my mask to take the required picture, two people said,” Sir, you have to wear I mask” no kidding. I knew that but again had to take the required picture. They did not attempt to be helpful. Our pick up location was changed the day before. Not a good experience what so ever.

When we looked to reserve the cargo van online, it said it would be a 7 day rental and the price would include 1,000 free miles. When I picked up and returned the van the contract, which I did not notice until my return, said 750 free miles. I confirmed the free miles with the agent prior to the rental, but failed to check the contract upon my departure, thinking the 1,000 free miles was a given. Also from the time I got to the counter to pick up the vehicle, it took, in my opinion, way to long to get the paperwork completed and get me on my way. The agent had to take a photo of the front and back of my license at least 5 times to get it secured into the computer. The van worked very well until I brought it back into the Denver area at which time on highway 470 it lost power. Luckily I was in the far right lane and could pull over to the side of the highway. I turned the vehicle off and then turned it on again, At that time it functioned as it should. I mentioned that to the lady that check the vehicle in, and she was surprised that happened as it was basically a new vehicle.
