The only call out I have is that you look into allowing customers to transfer their storage unit to another state. Example: I’m due on the 4th of every month. I’m moving on the 19th of the same month. Why not allow me to transfer the remaining time I’ve already paid for the unit to the new state instead of having to repay and waste money?

Overall, I would NEVER recommend someone do business here, in fact ANYWHERE else would be a better option.

Joel M | Overall ExperienceThis is my first experience using uhaul self storage. I didn't know how to access the facility and approached staff for clarification. Instead of walking me to the access panels and showing me, your staff essentially mocked me when I said I didn't understand and proceeded to be very condescending while "showing" me on the wall inside. They then proceeded to continue their conversation as of I weren't there. Very unprofessional. The facility itself was clean and well maintained. And once I was able to access the unit it was clean and ready to go. As a manager for many years I believe that some retraining is in order of how to treat guests, especially those using your facility for the first time.

I was not particularly satisfied with my telephone request to rent a unit, and 1st month rent (free) due to not providing satisfactory knowledge. A little confusing when my Unit was closed out without prior knowledge. I prefer better communication in order to be satisfied. Called April 2 (I believe). Move out was in May w/o my permission .

It is a busy location , yet they se to always have all stations covered and provide a little help when you really need some extra . Even if it’s only moral support, it’s offered to customers with professionalism and respectfulness.
